Dear customer please pay attention to the following information:

1.Regarding import duties(orders shipping from China): If the customs points out that taxes and customs clearance must be paid, the buyer needs to pay the duties. We do not bear any duties or import taxes. If the buyer is unwilling to pay customs duties and customs fees cause package destory/return back to China cause extra fees, we will not refund.

2.About customs clearance: For countries that must pay import tax, such as: Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Isreal, Canada(shipping from both China and US) and etc.Make sure you have the ability to pass customs before make purchasment. We do not give a refund if the buyer cannot go through customs and Customs deducts the package.

3.Please provide us correct and complete address in English letters, DHL/UPS/Fedex do not accepet other language such as: Korean, Japanese, Hebrew, Arabic, etc.

PS: US warehouse order does not accpet P.O Box address!
